Vengeea deploys on-premises AI video analytics at critical facilities across Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Haiphong) — intrusion, weapon, face, fire/smoke and license-plate detection running live on existing IP cameras, with theft and liquid-leak modules in active development. Because inference runs on the customer's own server, footage never leaves the site, which fits Vietnam's data-localisation posture and holds up at manufacturing and industrial-park sites where connectivity can't be assumed.
Vengeea runs on the customer's own infrastructure inside Vietnam, so video and any biometric face-match templates are processed and stored on-site rather than sent abroad — which supports the data-localisation and cross-border-transfer restrictions in Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP (Personal Data Protection) and the 2018 Cybersecurity Law by removing the transfer itself. That architecture also fits the operational reality of Vietnamese manufacturing and industrial-park sites, where facilities depend on detection that keeps running even when the link back to a central office or a foreign cloud region is unstable. Retention, deletion and role-based access are configurable per site to support the customer's PDIA under Decree 13.

Retention, deletion, access logs and role-based access are configurable to fit the customer's PDIA.
Any camera that outputs RTSP or ONVIF — Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Milesight, Bosch, Axis and Hanwha, all common in Vietnamese deployments. There's no camera replacement, and integration is typically complete in 1-3 days from kickoff even at multi-building manufacturing sites.
Yes. The per-site on-prem model fits industrial-park and port deployments where each tenant expects logical isolation and processes its own camera feeds locally, without depending on a stable link back to a central or foreign data center. Centralised operations can still happen via optional encrypted aggregation.
