Vengeea runs on the customer's infrastructure inside Vietnam, which supports the data-localisation and cross-border-transfer restrictions in Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP (Personal Data Protection) and the 2018 Cybersecurity Law. Retention, deletion and role-based access are configurable per site to support the customer's PDIA under Decree 13.
